At Open Project, we’re proud to ship our products to climbers around the world. Shipping methods and costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their destination country, which are not included in the amount charged at checkout by Open Project.

1. Apparel, Accessories, Chalk & Bags

  • Shipped via Australia Post Standard/Express or Interparcel tracked services
  • Affordable and reliable, with delivery times typically 5-30 business days depending on the destination.
  • Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. 

2. Crash Pads

  • Crash pads require a custom shipping quote, as shipping methods vary by destination.
  • Please contact us at contact@openproject.au before purchasing to start the international shipping process and receive a tailored shipping quote.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Notes

  • Australia Post does not ship some oversized items internationally due to size restrictions.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the amount charged at checkout by Open Project. 
  • Some remote locations may incur additional fees or longer transit times.

4. Damaged Goods & Returns

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
