Shipping

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping within Australia

We offer standard and express shipping Australia-wide via trusted carrier Australia Post.

Standard shipping:

  • Flat rate: $12
  • Free for orders over $150*
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Flat rate for Commit Crash Pad: $25

Express shipping:

  • Flat rate: $18
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Flat rate for Commit Crash Pad: $35

Delivery times may vary based on your location and public holidays.

*Please note that the Commit Crash Pad is excluded from free shipping promotion. Different shipping rates apply to our Commit Crash Pad as outlined above. 

Order processing

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. Stay tuned, we’re working on expanding our reach! In the meantime, if you’re interested in placing an order and you’re based outside of Australia, please reach out to contact@openproject.au. 

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order has left our hands, it’s in the care of the courier. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help track it down. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels once marked as delivered.

Delivery issues

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If something’s gone wrong, we’re here to help.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g. damaged item, packaging, incorrect product) so we can investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

In most cases, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item sent at no extra cost
  • A refund or store credit
  • Instructions for returning the item, if required

Please note:

  • If the outer packaging appears damaged, we recommend taking photos before opening it.
  • Claims made outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
  • We do not take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier (i.e. marked as “delivered”).
